Incident - Sunday 25 May

We understand the incident that took place at our centre was distressing, and we want to reassure our community that we are taking this matter seriously.

The safety of our customers, retail staff and community are our priority and we are grateful for the support we have received as we move forward together.

This incident is an issue that extends beyond shopping centres. Addressing it requires a multi-agency approach, and we will continue to work with our community partners on taking a stance to address it.

Events like this are naturally distressing and there are some immediate steps we are taking to reinforce public safety and ensure our community is supported;

  • We have extra team members on site to assist with enquiries and any retailer / or and shopper concerns.
  • Victoria Police have an escalated presence and increased visibility in and around the centre
  • Assure – Our Community Support Program Partner,  is onsite and available as a free service to our retail partners and shoppers.

Assure is a health and wellbeing support provider that is available to our retail staff and customers who may like to seek additional support.

Assure is onsite now, located near Centre Management.

If you would be more comfortable using this service whilst not onsite, please feel free to reach out to the Assure team, via:
