Emelia recommends going for silhouettes with a full-skirt comprising a floaty fabric, in a vibrant pop of colour, and dramatic sleeves. This is the perfect addition to your festive wardrobe that can handle any occasion and look like a totally new outfit with just a few styling tweaks. For a bright pink number, tie it all together by adding gold accessories, heels and of course a bag.

The chic evening dress

For those occasions that require something a little more special, you’ll want a chic evening dress ready to go. Consider full-length silk or lace styles which are still light enough for summer but bring the drama and sophistication. Accessorise either dress with delicate and simple jewellery which compliments the dress rather than overpowering it as well as a sleek clutch and a heeled sandal.
