Since December 2025, Northland has been a part of a 90-day safety trial led by Victoria Police, designed to boost community confidence and create a safer shopping experience for everyone.

During this trial, Protective Services Officers (PSOs) worked alongside Victoria Police officers int the centre.

This short survey is your opportunity to help us understand how successful the trial has been, and help shape the future of Northland, a place where everyone can feel welcome, connected and proud to visit.
