Safety remains our top priority and we’ve been working hard, alongside our retailers, to ensure our centre has a thorough COVID Safe Plan in place utilising new technologies.
With our ongoing focus on health and safety, we have a range of protective measures in place to encourage everyone to follow distancing guidelines and health and hygiene measures in our centre, including physical and digital signage, loudspeaker announcements and line markings throughout our centre.

Under the updated Victorian Government’s roadmap, select hair and beauty services, and cafes and restaurants will be reopening their doors from Friday 22 October, with capacity limits.
In accordance with Victorian Government restrictions, customers are required to be fully vaccinated to visit our full range of hairdressing and beauty services, cafes, and restaurants. Service providers and certain retailers will be required to check the vaccination status of customers, we therefore recommend you have your vaccination certificate ready to present where required.

· While restrictions are easing, we will continue the enhanced cleaning and sanitisation operations we have implemented, including hand sanitiser at all entrances
· Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas
· Physical and digital signage and PA announcements reminding customers to keep a safe distance apart
· Floor decals and physical distancing reference points in key areas
· Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls
· Additional customer service staff to assist with managing social distancing

· Maintain good hygiene including washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided

Security officers in high visibility vests are monitoring our centre to enforce physical distancing requirements as appropriate and are working together with local police.
Maximum capacity limits are in place within the centre and within stores. Centre capacity and crowd density is actively monitored by heat mapping technology.
