Join Head Barista and Bar Manager from St Ali, Leon Holdsworth as he educates you on all things Coffee at this month's Cultural Food Academy! Go on a coffee journey and learn the origins from bean to cup.
Cost: To book please make a $10 payment. Spaces are limited so please book in quick! Includes food pack, recipe card, refreshments and apron.
Coffee Culture is a demonstration and education workshop running for one-and-a-half hours under the guidance of an expert. Suitable for beginners right through to experienced cooks, each participant will have their own tasting and cooking space to follow Leon's lead. Every participant will be able to ask questions throughout the academy and take home a gift bag including recipes and apron.
It also includes:
- Orgin of coffee from 'Bean to Cup'
- Latte art demonstration
- Latte art participation
- Coffee cupping (tasting)
- Master the art of making a perfect Espresso Martini
When and where?
Saturday, May 6th
Choose from three available 1.5 hour sessions (16 spots per session) at 10am, 1pm or 3.30pm at the Fresh Food Precinct, outside Woolworths.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be aged 18 and over to enter the event and you must bring a form of ID to the session.

What payment options are available?
Online credit card payments accepted only. No cash payments will be accepted.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, however you must advise a member of Centre Management.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, however please advise a member of Centre Management within 48 hours of the event.
Can I reserve seats?
No, seats cannot be reserved. Its first-come, first served. You can arrive 30 minutes before your event.
