Cultural Food Academy - Vietnamese Fresh

The next Cultural Food Academy will be Vietnamese Fresh, with Vietnamese icon, Miss Chu

Following the success of Academy 1,2 & 3 ~ Mexican Cantina, Spanish Fiesta & Greek Family Table, the food celebration continues and we are excited to welcome Miss Chu to Vietnamese Fresh in July.

Harnessing the freshest of produce and ingredients available within the Fresh Food Precinct, each Academy is sure to inspire even the novice of cooks! One of our favourite food bloggers, Foodie Melbourne has given her stamp of approval. Have a read of her fantastic write up after attending the Mexican Cantina here.
